We use our frontline expertise to challenge harmful policies, pursue strategic litigation and secure lasting change across the asylum system.
We bring judicial reviews where cases reveal systemic injustices, establishing legal precedents that improve the asylum system for all.
Some of our recent landmark cases include:
We were the only NGO in the Court of Appeal to successfully challenge the proposed policy of removing asylum seekers to Rwanda;
We exposed a Home Office secret policy blocking over 1,500 survivors of modern slavery from receiving leave to remain;
We won a landmark High Court case protecting family reunion rights for stateless people.
