Our advice line offers free one-off advice to individual asylum seekers and to any organisations working with asylum seekers and refugees.

The advice line takes calls on Tuesdays between 1.00pm – 4:00pm and on Thursdays between 10.00am – 12.30pm. 

Other callers and existing clients should call 0207 354 9631.  Calls are taken during office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
